I love AI music. It’s handed me this wild superpower to turn my raw writings and thoughts into full tracks. Something I never had — but now I do in an instant, thanks to AI.
It amps my messages to the next level, lyrically and musically.
I’ve already cranked out over 10 tracks: exposing fast fashion’s polluting crap, a hard-hitting “Buy Canada” anthem, flipping my blogs into cry-and-dance vibes, and custom fire for my startup GrantOrb to pump grants and AI-powered funding.
Super stoked to now be creating music right inside Gemini with Lyria. Just hit the “create music” button. No studio, no producers — just me slamming prompts and watching tracks drop in seconds.
I’ve been using AI music platforms Suno and Udio — love ‘em — but the real rush is creating within Gemini, since I basically live there.
Multiple ways to smash AI music with Gemini Lyria
1. Text prompt. Dead simple. Jam everything (lyrics, style, vibe) into one prompt and hit go. A trap hip-hop rap UK gritty style.
2. Upload a pic. Gemini analyzes the image and spits lyrics — and you can have them in any language other than English. No prompting needed.

Prompt: Create a fast, high-energy 90s skate punk track (NOFX / Pennywise style) — blasting drums at 200+ BPM with constant snare rolls & double-time beats, aggressive palm-muted power chords, snotty shouted vocals + gang shouts, super catchy & pissed-off attitude.
Song is yelling at my roommate Bella to wash the damn dishes, but halfway through it flips hard into repeatedly screaming at my friend Ryan to USE AI over and over.
