Refund Policy: If you are not satisfied with the system within the first week of your subscription, we will issue a full refund.
Annual Commitment: GrantOrb is offered as an annual subscription because successful fundraising requires consistency. We do not offer mid-year cancellations. Why? Because we know that if you use this system, you will win. Our guarantee is that we’ve built a world-class tool designed for results, and we are confident you won’t be disappointed.
- You Own Your Data This is critical for your peace of mind.
Ownership: We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the Service. Your data, your grant applications, and your profiles remain yours.
Privacy: We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your private data to train public AI models without your explicit consent.
Portability: If you decide to leave GrantOrb, you have the right to take your data with you.

Your Account: You are responsible for keeping your login secure. If you realize someone else is using your account, let us know immediately.
Our Uptime: We strive for 100% uptime, but technology can be unpredictable. We may occasionally need to take the service offline for maintenance or updates. We will try to notify you in advance when possible.
Accuracy: Our AI tools are designed to assist you, but they are not magic. You are responsible for reviewing the output (e.g., grant drafts) to ensure accuracy before submitting them to funders.
- Code of Conduct We are a tool for social good, and we expect our platform to be used that way. You agree not to use GrantOrb to:
Violate any laws in your jurisdiction.
Send unsolicited spam or malicious code.
Abuse, harass, or threaten others.
Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, or disrupt our services.
If you violate these rules, we reserve the right to suspend your account. We will always try to contact you and resolve the issue before taking this step, unless there is an immediate threat to our system or other users.
- Liability (The Legal Part) While we aim to be friendly, we also need to protect our business so we can keep serving you.
GrantOrb Inc. provides this service “as is” and “as available.” We do not offer warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall GrantOrb Inc., nor our directors, employees, or partners, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including lost profits or data) arising from your use of the service. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion of liability, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
- Changes to Terms and Pricing Terms: We may update these terms as we grow. If we make significant changes, we will notify you via email or a prominent notice on our site.
Pricing: We reserve the right to change our pricing. However, we will never change the price of your current active subscription period. Any price changes would only take effect upon your next annual renewal, and we will give you ample notice.
