Roughly 200 applications are received each cycle.

Who can apply
Charities and qualified donees serving the Calgary area. The Existing Programming stream is for organizations with an annual operating budget under $4 million. Eligible costs include salaries, program materials and equipment, space, promotion, administration and accessibility considerations. An exception allows charities to apply for a second grant when supporting a registered non-profit society that cannot access funding on its own. Annual events or event series such as symposiums, gatherings and conferences are ineligible.
