Who can apply
BROOKLYN, NEW YORK ONLY — organizations must have had a physical presence in Brooklyn neighborhoods and serve Brooklyn residents. US 501(c)(3) organizations or fiscally sponsored projects. Financial reporting scales with size: gross annual revenue under $250,000 must file a financial statement but it need not be reviewed by an independent CPA; $250,000–$1,000,000 must file a financial review prepared by an auditor; over $1,000,000 must file an audited financial statement prepared by an independent CPA.
